Internet

“Dicto Net”- is direct two - way satellite connection with the data flow exchange nodes all over the world. The following service assures that all the required throughput of channel at any time. There is no additional payment for data loading, except channel’s monthly fee. This connection insures confidentiality and independence from local operators. The system can also operate like a stand- by connection line for existing optical channel.

“Dicto Net” is a very effective way for improving your Internet connection replacing symmetrical data channel with data transferring channel using the satellite. Optical line- based Internet connection, added with one-way satellite data- receiving channel allows to improve the quality of connection without any expenditure for the Internet connection, or even to reduce them.

Corporate networks

Dicto’s solution for corporate networks offers connection of the headquarters and representative officers throughout the country and abroad by leased lines over satellite. This solution ensures considerable costs savings for multinational retail and transport companies, governmental and educational institutions. A corporate network based on leased lines over satellite can deliver data, voice, and audio- video content, realize voice and data, saves the costs of long- distance calls and ensures the exchange of information online.

Corporate networks can be organized in different ways:

According to the type of connection, the users can be connected to the Star network or Mesh network. In the Star-type network, all communications are organized through the Central Hub station. In Mesh- type networks, each of the users can be directly connected one another.

According to the channel type, corporate networks can be organized as SCP networks or TDMA networks. In SCPC (Single Channel Per Carrier) networks, one user uses only one channel. In TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) networks, several users share the data channel at different time slots. SCPC is more suitable for broadband solutions continuous network load. TDMA has an advantage in big networks with low data traffic between the terminals and the central hub station. Typical implementations of TDMA connection are ATM’s, gasoline stations, lottery terminals, etc. The TDMA technology saves satellite capacity costs and connects up to several thousands of users into a network.

Dicto Broadcast

“Dicto Broadcast” - is a solution of radio and TV program delivering from the studio to terrestrial transmitters over satellite with a subsequent rebroadcast for local audiences.

Program distribution costs do not depend on the number of broadcast sites as with the traditional distribution method over terrestrial cable or microwave lines. Everybody can receive the program within the coverage zone of the satellite. The only current costs are the rent of the satellite capacity. For one radio program a 128-256 kbps satellite channel is used. The occupied bandwidth can vary depending on audio quality requirements of specific customers.

Each integrated receiver decoder (IRC) has individual identification number enabling dedicated delivery of information blocks and advertising materials to different regions. Each transmission is encrypted and secured from unauthorized radio program distribution.

“Dicto Citius” provide temporary broadcast of show events and different reportages. The minimum ordering time is 10 minutes. Possible spread of channel bar are 2,25 MHz, 4,5 MHz, 9 MHz, 18 MHz. There is a possibility for discount if a client orders more than 1 hour broadcast.
