Dicto Citius, Jsc was founded in 1998. The chief executives of the company are certified graduates of radio engineering and have more than 10 years' experience in the field of telecommunications. They have been specialising in satellite communications for 6 years. Dicto has realized broadcasts of the first 4 Lithuanian radio programmes over satellite in 1999. In 2001 regular transmissions of TV3 Lithuania, TV3 Latvia and TemTV were launched from Vilnius and Riga. Satellite Earth Stations installed by Dicto connect people to the World Wide Web in Moldova, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo and Lebanon. Dicto has signed Installation and Maintenance Agreements in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with Belgacom, “Plenexis”, “HNS”, “Triaton”, “Telenor”, “Teledenmark”. The engineering staff is familiar with the Operational Guides and requirements of “Eutelsat”, Intelsat, “LoralSkynet”, “Intersputnik” and “Apstar”.

Since 2003 “Dicto Citius” expanded its service spectrum and began to provide a technology of terrestrial connection. New facility Local Multipoint Distribution System (LMDS) service was chosen for development of this tendency. Our target until the middle of 2004 is to cover 5 largest cities of Lithuania by using high-speed intercity data transferring service.

Licence for Satellite Earth Station Installation and Operation No 189/98 of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania.

License for Data Communications No 06/01 of the Communications Regulatory Authority under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
